About the Island

Taniti is a small, remote tropical island in the Pacific, with less than 500 square miles! But don't let our size fool you! We boast sandy and rocky beaches, a small, safe harbor, lush rainforests, and a mountainous interior with an active volcano for all of your hiking needs! Taniti has an indigenous population of about 20,000 and until recently was known for fishing and agriculture!
